About DREAMBEACON
Our Story
What started as a simple connection between an undergraduate student and a proud alumnus became an idea of an initiative to equip students for life after college by formulating a plan for success and putting them in front of industry leaders who can guide them as they navigate their careers.
After three years of successful symposiums at Lincoln University of Pennsylvania – featuring leaders from prominent companies like Wieden + Kennedy, J.P Morgan, and Motown Records – Jabir McKnight (Co-Founder), Anthony G. Stepney (Co-Founder), and Khaliyah Pugh (Founding Partner), created the framework for DREAMBEACON, an organization supporting personal and professional success through purpose-driven programming.
Today, DREAMBEACON facilitates impactful, interactive programming – including its trademark program My Career GPS ® – for over 800 students ages 14-24 across Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington D.C, and the U.S Virgin Islands.
Process
1. Login
Login to your existing profile on the mentorship platform with your email and password. OR.
2. Register
Click on the "Register" link and complete and submit the registration form to create or update your profile.
3. Save
During the registration period, your application can be saved as DRAFT until all the required information is completed and attachments uploaded. As each section is complete, you will see a 
appear in the category tab when the application is saved. At any time, you can download and print your application by clicking on the 
icon in the Application Summary section.
4. Payment
If there are applicable fees due at the completion of your application profile, you will be prompted to either pay with a credit card or use a payment code provided by a sponsoring/ partner organization.
5. Submit
Upon completion, save your profile as FINAL. Download and print a copy of your application for your records by clicking on the icon in the Application Summary section in the right column. Note: If an update is required prior to final approval and activation, you can make the update and resave as FINAL.
